SOLARIZE EAU CLAIRE IS A GROUP PURCHASING PROGRAM
FOR RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL SOLAR.
Offered by the Midwest Renewable Energy Association with full support of the City Of Eau Claire, Chippewa Valley Technical College, the County of Eau Claire, and the City of Altoona, home and business owners throughout the Eau Claire Metropolitan area (Eau Claire, Dunn, and Chippewa Counties) may participate in this program to help pool their buying power to secure significant discounts that make installing solar more affordable.
- Start by attending a Solar Power Hour. Our free information session teaches you the basics of solar, its financial implications for your property, and how the Solarize Eau Claire program works.
- Then, get a free, no obligation site assessment from our competitively-selected installer. The deadline to sign up for Solarize Eau Claire is October 31, 2019.
Join us on Saturday, October 5th for a Solar Tour! The MREA is organizing the Wisconsin Solar Tour in conjunction with the National Solar Tour, organized by the American Solar Energy Society. The Wisconsin portion of the tour will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2019. Come tour homes and businesses that are using solar technology to generate their own electricity! Site tours are self-guided, free and open to the public. This is a great opportunity for solar owners to share their experiences and help others who are considering going solar gain a greater level of comfort with the process, hopefully encouraging them to go solar themselves.
