You are invited to submit your proposal to Finance, Design, Construct, Install, Operate, and Maintain New Rooftop-Mounted Photovoltaic Generation Facilities at Will County Adult Detention Facility and Sunny Hill Nursing Home for Will County.
There will be an optional site visit of Sunny Hill Nursing Home only at 421 Doris Ave, Joliet, IL, 60433 (Not Mandatory) on September 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Please register your company for this site visit by contacting Kathy Pecora at 815-774-7906 or on or before Tuesday, September 8, 2015 by 9:00 a.m.
RFPs will be received in the Purchasing Department, 2nd floor of the Will County Office Building, 302 North Chicago Street, Joliet, IL 60432, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2015, “as so indicated by the time stamp clock of Will County.”
The bidder acknowledges the right of the County of Will to reject any or all proposals and to waive non-material informality or irregularity in any proposals received in whole or part as may be specified in the solicitation.
