1. A minimum of one year, but two years is preferable, of utility bills showing your electricity usage. Please contact your utility if you do not have this information.
2. The approximate age of your roof.
3. In order to make your site assessment go as smoothly as possible, please review the following Site Assessment Questionnaire prior to meeting with your site assessor.

Please Note: Not every locations is suitable for a photovoltaic installation. All requests will be reviewed and if your location is not suitable, you will be contacted by a Power Pack Kankakee representative. Requests will be handled in the order that they are submitted. The timeline for the Power Pack Kankee project may limit the number of requests that can be processed.
